You are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the life of your Account. All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised the activity in question. vin7 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform transactions and stores account credentials using best-practice cryptographic hashing. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts or banking instruments registered in your own name. Third-party payments — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source may be voided and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, along with any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits, are displayed in your Account settings and on the relevant banking pages of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating any transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and responsible gaming checks. vin7 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider timelines outside vin7's direct control. vin7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of identity and payment method ownership — before releasing any withdrawal.
Note: Withdrawals of funds that originated from a deposit made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to additional review. Funds consisting of unconverted Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
All Account Balances, wagers, bonuses, and transactions on vin7 are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). vin7 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any fees imposed by a Player's bank or payment provider are outside vin7's control and are the Player's responsibility.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in automatic expiry of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
vin7 actively monitors accounts for signs of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated software to interact with promotional offers, or colluding with other players to exploit bonuses. Any Account found to be engaged in such practices will have all associated Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings cancelled, and the Account may be permanently suspended.
vin7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not unfairly affect Players who have already accepted a promotion's terms and are actively completing its requirements in good faith.
All bets placed on vin7 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games — as published on the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product only.
vin7 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed, accepted, or settled as a result of a technical malfunction, human error, or an obviously incorrect price. Where a bet is voided, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. vin7 is not liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of reliance on an erroneous price or market status.
A bet is not deemed accepted until confirmed by vin7's systems and a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player. In the event of a dispute as to whether a bet was accepted, vin7's system records shall be the definitive and final record.
Cricket betting on vin7 — including PSL, Test, ODI, and T20 International markets — is governed by the sports betting rules published on the Cricket page. Market settlement is based on official results as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC). In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or result uncertainty, vin7 reserves the right to suspend markets and defer settlement until an official result is confirmed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vin7 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vin7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where vin7's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, vin7's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their vin7 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Platform Availability: vin7 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. vin7 accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform downtime.
vin7 may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. Where amendments are material, vin7 will endeavour to provide notice to registered Players via email or in-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
You may close your vin7 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification. Any unconverted Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.
vin7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete required identity verification; or Platform misuse as described in Section 8. To initiate a formal dispute, you must submit a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and include your Account username, a detailed description of the dispute, and all supporting documentation. vin7 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through vin7's internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority as designated under vin7's operating licence. Players retain any rights they may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.
